Newington police chase down Mass. man accused of stealing ring from Fox Run Mall store
A Massachusetts man disguised in a Rastafarian wig led police and a mall shopper on a foot-chase Monday after allegedly stealing a $7,100 diamond engagement ring from a Fox Run Mall jewelry store.
